Terms of Service
Service Description
Dilmune Cyber provides penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security audit services. All services are performed under a formal engagement agreement that defines scope, rules of engagement, timeline, and deliverables. Free online tools are provided as-is for informational and educational purposes.
Acceptable Use
By using our services and tools, you agree to:
- > Use tools and services only for lawful purposes and authorized security testing.
- > Not use our tools to attack systems you do not own or have explicit written authorization to test.
- > Not attempt to disrupt, overload, or abuse our infrastructure or services.
- > Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
Confidentiality
All engagement details, findings, and reports are treated as strictly confidential. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed before any assessment begins. We do not share, publish, or disclose client information to third parties without explicit written consent. Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Limitation of Liability
Penetration testing involves simulated attacks on systems and may carry inherent risks. While we take every precaution to avoid service disruption, Dilmune Cyber shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from authorized testing activities. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. Free tools are provided without warranty of any kind.
Intellectual Property
Reports and findings delivered to clients become the property of the client upon full payment. Our methodologies, tools, and internal processes remain the intellectual property of Dilmune Cyber. Custom tools or scripts developed during an engagement are covered by the engagement agreement.
